Audio-Production/Music Composition/ Producer
Has served as an audio engineer/producer with the SCESC since January, 1991. Kelehear previously spent six years at WIS-TV in Columbia, S.C. in the production department. Kelehear has also won numerous awards for his diverse musical composition. jkelehear@dew.sc.gov
